About Neale Health
Specialist support when it matters
When a child or young person is facing challenges, speed matters.
Families can be left trying to navigate complex systems and lengthy waiting lists, while schools carry increasing responsibility for pupils whose needs may not yet be fully understood.
Neale Health provides specialist psychiatric assessment and treatment for children and young people aged 4–17. We offer families timely access to thoughtful, evidence-based care, led by an experienced Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.
As a fully online, CQC-regulated service, we provide care to children, teenagers and families nationwide. Our approach is personal, discreet and designed to fit around family and school life.
Our aim is not simply to identify a diagnosis. It is to understand the young person as a whole, bring clarity to the difficulties they are experiencing, and create a practical plan that families and schools can use.

Specialist care, wherever families are based

Designed around school and family life
Evening and weekend appointments are available, helping families arrange care around lessons, work and other commitments.
Available across the country
Families can access the same specialist service regardless of their proximity to a major city or specialist clinic.
Less disruption, greater continuity
Appointments can take place without a lengthy journey or an unnecessary full day away from school. If a pupil changes school, moves within the country or returns home during holidays, their care can continue with the same clinical team.
Parents can join from different locations
Provided the young person is physically located in the UK at the time of the appointment, parents may be able to join remotely from elsewhere in the UK or overseas.
This can be especially helpful for:
International and globally mobile families
Boarding-school pupils
Parents who travel frequently
Separated or co-parenting families
Families whose home and school are in different parts of the country
Design direction: A map-led or travel-free visual concept. Avoid implying international treatment of the young person.
